Raku pottery workshop

This workshop will be given by the Dutch artist, Hennie van den Hurk. He will share with you his creativity and experience in pottery and ceramics to explore the different techniques of Raku. This is a 16th century Japanese glazing technique which gives fascinating color results.

The workshop is for one week. In that week you'll make several objects of clay and will try out raku firing techniques. In that same week we'll visit some French pottery artists as well.
